This policy explains how Avaniuman handles information on avaniuman.com, including the workflow calculator, requests, browser storage, and optional analytics

Who handles your information

Avaniuman is the business automation studio operated by Ivan Udachnik. For questions about this website, your request, or your privacy, email info@udachnayastydiya.ru

Information you choose to provide

The calculator asks about your business role, workflows, manual tasks, team size, estimated labor costs, time spent, and desired outcomes. When you send a request, we receive these answers, your email address, an optional Telegram username, your contact consent, and the calculator result

Only an email address is required for a response. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, personal records about other people, or confidential business documents in your answers

Technical information and purposes

We use your answers and contact details to review the workflow, respond to the request, and discuss a possible project. The request also includes its submission time and identifier, the referring page, and campaign or click identifiers present in your visit, such as UTM tags and YCLID. If you have accepted analytics and a Yandex Metrica ClientID is available, it may be stored with your request to understand which visits led to an inquiry

Our servers process network and browser information needed to deliver the website, protect it from spam, and diagnose errors. Security records can include pseudonymous network identifiers. These are not the same as anonymous information

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, responding to a request you initiate is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Security processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, secure service. Optional analytics is based on your consent

Optional analytics

Analytics is off by default for a first visit, and we do not show an automatic analytics banner. Yandex Metrica loads only if you open "Change analytics preference" and choose "Accept analytics", or previously made that choice. It can receive page URLs, referring pages, browser and device information, network information, cookie identifiers, and calculator milestone events. Session replay and click maps are disabled on this website

We send the event names calculator_open, calculator_complete, and lead_success without your name, email address, Telegram username, or task description as event parameters. The success event is sent only after the server confirms that the request has been saved

You can use the calculator and send a request without enabling analytics, or with "Essential only" selected. Use "Change analytics preference" below or in the homepage footer to withdraw or give analytics consent. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional tracking on this website; it does not undo processing that has already occurred. Browser storage

Saved calculator data and the preference remain until you clear this website's browser storage. Session information is kept in session storage. Yandex sets the lifetime of its analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings; doing so also removes saved calculator progress on that device

Who receives information

Requests are stored on our server and in operational backups. Our team receives notifications through Telegram that can include your answers and contact details. Hosting, messaging, and email providers may process information needed to store, deliver, or respond to your request. Yandex receives optional analytics information only after analytics consent

We do not sell the information submitted through this form or use form contact details to enroll you in unrelated marketing. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or needed to protect legal rights. If you contact us through Telegram, its separate privacy policy applies to its service

International processing

Our website and service providers may process information outside your country, including in countries with different data protection laws. Email info@udachnayastydiya.ru before submitting sensitive or regulated information if you need details about hosting locations, recipients, or available transfer arrangements for your business

Retention

Submitted inquiries and operational copies are currently retained for follow-up and business records until they are removed through a data review or deletion request. There is no automatic expiry for a submitted inquiry. Email info@udachnayastydiya.ru if your request is no longer relevant or you want it deleted. Where retention is required for a contract, legal obligation, or dispute, the relevant records may need to be kept for that purpose

Deleting browser data does not delete a request already sent to our server. A deletion request covers the inquiry and the operational copies we control, subject to applicable retention requirements. Backup and provider copies may take longer to expire

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the ICO in the UK where applicable

To make a request, email info@udachnayastydiya.ru and identify the email address used in your inquiry. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your own data. You do not need to accept analytics to exercise your rights

Calculator, children, and changes

The calculator uses your selected ranges to produce an indicative estimate. It does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. This site is intended for adults making business inquiries and is not directed at children

We will update this page when our practices change and seek a new choice where a new use requires consent
